SUB-MAXIMAL CARDIOVASCULAR TEST
Cost is $45 for member, and usually takes about one hour.
COMPREHENSIVE FITNESS ASSESSMENT PACKAGE
Includes Body Fat percentage, Blood Pressure, RHR, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Muscle Endurance, Sub Maximal Cardiovascular Endurance Analysis and Personal Wellness Profile. Cost is $55 for members.

Sign up today as your first step to better health! The Personal Wellness Profile is a health assessment that the Y offers free of charge to all members. The Personal Wellness Profile gives you information you need to take charge of your health including:

- in overall wellness rating
- Assessment of current fitness levels
- A heart health evaluation
- Information on coping with stress

Did you know that we offer three orientations to the fitness facility at no charge to our new members? Here is what you get with your membership:
WOI (Wellness Orientation I)
- Fitness Assessment – Including Blood Pressure, % Body Fat, Body Mass Index, Circumference Measurements, as well as Flexibility and Muscle Strength and Endurance Testing.
- Personal Wellness Profile
- Cardiovascular equipment orientation and training guidelines.
WOII (Wellness Orientation II)
- Strength Training Guidelines - During your second orientation we will take you through one half of our measured weight circuit.
WOIII (Wellness Orientation III)
- Continue Strength Training Guidelines – During your third orientation we will complete the measured weight circuit
